We’ve partnered with EMAP, organisers of the World Architecture Festival, for many years to deliver this prestigious global event celebrating architectural excellence and innovation.
Challenge
When EMAP’s original supplier pulled out, we were brought in at short notice to manage the full technical delivery. This meant coordinating UK and international suppliers and installing two main stages, 17 workshop areas, and integrated streaming.
Outcome
We delivered a seamless festival experience with two main stages, 17 workshop spaces, and full hybrid streaming. A lean crew of 7, supported by a local team of 50, ensured everything ran to plan, on budget and to client satisfaction.
