Challenge
For a prestigious Wedding Show at Farnborough Exhibition Centre, The Completely Group engaged Production Live to design and deliver a high-quality feature area, including a full production Catwalk. The goal was to create an exceptional visual and functional experience that would meet the premium standards expected for such an important event.
Key Requirements:
- Catwalk Design: Develop a full production Catwalk, including all creative and technical elements such as staging, set design, AV, and furniture.
- Documentation: Produce comprehensive paperwork necessary for the setup, including RAMs (Risk Assessments and Method Statements), rigging designs, CAD drawings, construction phase planning, structural plans, and a detailed production schedule.

- Design & Delivery: Successfully designed and delivered a high-quality Catwalk setup, meeting the premium standards required. This involved creating a visually stunning and functional space that included staging, set elements, AV equipment, and furniture tailored to the Wedding Show’s specifications.
- Detailed Documentation: Completed all necessary documentation to ensure a smooth setup and compliance with health and safety standards. This included rigorous RAMs, detailed rigging designs, CAD drawings, and comprehensive construction phase planning.
